Our boat the Deep Insight is a 44' Custom sport fisherman design.

They added 4' to the cockpit area creating more deck space. Additionally, the propellers and rudders were placed further forward, away from the diving area. We're equipped with two commercial Cummins 6CTA - 8.3m 400 break horse power diesel engines attached to two Twindisc hydraulic transmissions, 2" stainless steel shafts and dual 26" brass propellers.

We have since added a much larger dive platform, new state-of-the-art stair system ladder, a warm freshwater shower for rinsing people and gear outside, and a lower control station for docking and live dives. We also painted the main part of the boat's bottom black and the area around the propellers, rudders and other entanglements white to remind divers to avoid these areas.
